Prompts or images that are illegal where you live.

Sexual content involving minors, in any style.

Images of a real person made to deceive — impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content designed to look like a real event that did not happen.

Content that sexualises, harasses, threatens or endangers a real person without their consent.

Generating a copyrighted character, brand or artist’s style in a way meant to pass the result off as the original work.

Using the service to generate malware, phishing material, or anything designed to damage or take over other people’s devices.

We act on reports and on signs of abuse such as prompts that clearly target the categories above. We can remove a generated image, suspend an account, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Accounts closed for breaking this policy are not refunded.

If you believe an image generated through SamImageGenerator breaks this policy, write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com with as much detail as you have. We look at every report.
