Terms of Service

SamImageGenerator turns a text prompt (and, in edit mode, an image you upload) into a new image using third-party AI models. Each generated image costs one credit. New accounts get four credits once at signup; after that credits come from the paid plan or from a credit pack.

We do not train any AI model on your prompts or images, and we are not the developer of the underlying image model — we call it through an API provider.

Generating images requires a free account, created with an email and password or by signing in with Google.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

You own the images you generate, to the extent the law where you live allows ownership of AI-generated output, and you may use them for any lawful purpose.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the resulting images — including making sure you have the right to use any name, likeness, brand or copyrighted work you reference in a prompt.

The paid plan is a subscription billed monthly. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in US dollars (USD); other currencies on the site are shown at the day’s rate for information only.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is taken through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause your plan until it succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from the “Manage subscription” link on the pricing page, which opens your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves back to the free plan.

The paid plan comes with a monthly credit allowance and a limit on how many images you can generate in one batch; the free plan has no recurring allowance. These limits are shown on the pricing page and inside the product.

We may pause an account that goes far beyond normal use or that harms the service for others.

You may not use SamImageGenerator to generate illegal material or anything you do not have the right to create. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it can end your access without a refund.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and the underlying AI model can change behaviour without notice. We are not responsible for generation failures, lost time, or indirect losses.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will show it on this page with a new date before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

You are legally responsible for every image you publish on Explore, including the people, brands, works and names that appear in it. By publishing an image you confirm that you have the right to share it and that sharing it breaks no law. We accept no liability for the content you publish; if a claim, loss or cost reaches us because of it, we may recover it from you.

Publishing is never forced on you: on a paid plan new images are private by default and only go public when you choose, and on every plan you can unpublish or delete an image at any moment. Deleting removes the file from our storage as well.

If you want an image taken down, use the report button on the image page or write to ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com. Requests based on privacy — your likeness or your personal data appearing in an image — are reviewed first.
