Removing a background is the most common edit there is, and with a generator it is one instruction rather than a selection tool. Upload the photo, brush over the background, and write what should be there instead — "plain white studio backdrop", "soft grey gradient", or nothing at all if you just want it gone.
Why a described background beats a cut-out
A cut-out leaves your subject floating with hard edges and the old lighting still baked in. Describing the new background instead lets the model relight the edges to match, which is what makes a product look like it was photographed on the new surface rather than pasted onto it. Ask for the light as well as the colour: "seamless white background, soft light from the upper left" does more work than "white background".

Keeping the subject untouched
Use the brush and mark only the background. Anything you do not mark is protected, which matters most with hair, glass and fine edges — the parts a manual cut-out gets wrong. If the subject sits in the middle of a busy scene, mark the background in two or three passes rather than one rough sweep.
