How these tags work
Tags are not written by hand. Every published image is read by a vision model that names the concrete things in the frame, in the language of the page it was generated on, and those names become the tags on this list. That is why an English tag and its German or Turkish counterpart are separate pages: each one lists the images that were actually made in that language.
